⚡ NOVARC NETWORKS ACQUIRES KLK ELECTRO MATERIALES ⚡

🔹🔸 Founded in 1965, and based in Gijon (spain),  KLK Electro Materiales employs 62 people and has achieved in 2021 a turnover of 9,7M€ for the scope of acquisition. It belonged since 2011 to the DELACHAUX group. The operation has been finalized by the representatives of both groups on the 6th of July in Madrid.

🔹🔸 Jean-Noël REY, CEO of  NOVARC, has commented: « The addition of KLK to the  NOVARC Group supports perfectly our CAP 2025, both by the technical expertise provided and by the proximity in Spain and Latin America with our priority customers. All NOVARC teams welcome KLK employees and will ensure that the transition will be smooth».

🔹🔸 KLK is a major player in earthing material, exothermic welding and power resistors. Beside a solid position in Spain, the company also sell its solutions in France, Latin America, Africa and Middle-East, and is referenced by prestigious players of the energy and railway sectors. This acquisition will allow the french group to enlarge the products and services range of its NOVARC NETWORKS division, and to increase its global commercial footprint.

🔹🔸 Specifically, with the addition of KLK to its portfolio, NOVARC NETWORKS will reinforce its position on the earthing material market, with one of the largest product range of this sector, and a high level of vertical integration, ensuring independence and reactivity.
