Long barrel Cu/Al compression lugs
Deep indent crimp implementation
- Reference
The long barrel aluminium copper lugs comply with the NFC33-090-1 standard and the EDF HN.68.S.90 technical specifications. The short barrel lugs for industrial networks, on the other hand, comply with the NCF63-061-B standard. The sockets are made of aluminium (1050A) and the terminals of copper (Cu A1). They are manufactured by friction welding, each terminal is individually tested and the bore is coated with neutral grease directly in the factory. The terminals are mounted onto the conductor by deep indent crimp.
