Earth connection with gasket

For connection to reinforcing bars

Large-scale civil engineering structures and industrial facilities generally have reinforced foundations. This is because the foundation reinforcement rods, foundation slabs and external walls below the ground surface provide an excellent earth hold at the bottom of the excavation. This method provides a good ground connection at low cost. The use of an additional equipotential mesh network, connected to reinforcement and external down conductors , or structural elements used as such, is recommended to ensure reliable connections.

Designed to provide a reliable connection to reinforcement, the grounding system or the down conductor, this terminal is specially adapted to watertight concrete (white tanks). Supplied with a protective plastic cover, it guarantees long-lasting watertightness and integration in compliance with lightning protection and earthing requirements.

Our fittings, available in a range of materials including galvanized steel, copper and stainless steel, are simple, robust and quick to install. Our range complies with NF EN 62561-1: Lightning Protection System Components (LPSC) - Part 1: Requirements for connection components.
