HISTORY
Founded in 2009, LERC TST designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of tools for working in TST mode (Travaux Sous Tension: technical means of operating networks without the constraint of power cuts).
Located on the same industrial site as FAMECA (Alsace FRANCE), just a few kilometers from SERECT (the French TST reference), LERC TST capitalizes on its unique expertise to offer products for working in the highly demanding world of VOLTAGE WORK.
OFFER
The LERC TST product range comprises insulated items with high dielectric and mechanical strength, complying with applicable French, European and international standards:
Insulating poles, adaptable tools :
Hook and extension poles, maneuvering poles, shear poles, vice and attachment poles, universal poles, and a complete range of adapted tools....
Tie rods, support poles and accessories: Anchoring and suspension tie rods, support poles and auxiliary rigging arms, anchoring or lifting sleeves and saddles..
Conductor protection: Rigid or flexible....
Insulating ladders and platforms
On-load shunting and maneuvering devices
Measurement and control: Voltage detection, phase matching indicator, insulating pole and rope tester, conductor and bar gauges....
EQUIPMENT
LERC TST is equipped with SPIRGLASS lines for the manufacture of composite tubing used in its own tools and other Group products. LERC TST tubes are IEC 60855-certified ( LERC TST is the only French tube to be IEC 60855-certified).
LERC TST also benefits from the resources and technical skills of the FAMECA Rixheim site in terms of design, production and assembly of our TST tools.
INNOVATIONS
- The electrical characterization of any TST tool is linked to the conformity and stability of the tube, so the added value of TST tool development is of a mechanical nature, in line with very high standards.
- A complete range of HV & HVB tools incorporating ergonomic analysis (weight, balancing, remote display) into the design process.
- Technological choices enabling tool adaptation to customer installation typology.
- Flexibility in the adaptation of insulating tools based on in-house tube manufacturing (NB: To date, only LERC TST tube is authorized in France for live working), supplemented by machined aluminum end elements
- Ongoing dialogue with users and national designers.
