Fences earthing

Find out how to properly earth your fence

Panels and poles

For effective grounding of your fencing panels, install an earth loop every 25m. Make a loop with the brass clamp. You can fasten the clamp to the fence using two aluminum plates clamped to each side of the panel with stainless steel bolts, and two bimetallic plates to prevent galvanic corrosion.

Be sure to expose any parts of the grid in contact with the earthing material to ensure good conductivity.

CCR120-37

120mm² bare copper cable

CPAR 50-120

Brass earth clamp (brass screws on request)

PLAL100X100X5-5D

Aluminum plates for panel mounting (screws not included)

To earth poles: Attach a cable run-up to the pole using a tubular lug. You can attach the cable to the outside or inside of the pole, as you prefer.
Be sure to expose the parts of the pole in contact with the
earthing material to ensure good conductivity.

Panels equipotentiality

To ensure that the panels have the same electrical potential, we recommend placing an earth braid on each pole. This is fastened to the pole with a self-drilling screw, and to the panels with a clamp connector.

You can opt for a braid with an additional central ferrule, or for 2 braids screwed to the same point on the pole.

Be sure to expose the parts of the mesh in contact with the earthing material to ensure good conductivity.
