Field of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU") govern the use of the Site by any user who is a natural person, has full legal capacity and is connected to the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions under which the User may access and browse the Site.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these GCU is evidenced by a checkbox on the registration form stating "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the terms and conditions of use fully and without reservation".

Responsibility

The Editor undertakes to ensure that the Website functions correctly. The Publisher is free to refuse such authorization without having to justify its decision in any way whatsoever. Collection and protection of personal data

The Publisher processes the User's personal data. Right of access, rectification and removal of the User's personal data

Personal data retention policy

Personal data is kept and used for a period of time in accordance with current legislation, to the extent reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory obligations, settle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or apply the Publisher's GTU and GTC.

Any personal data Users may communicate online with a view to recruitment is used exclusively for the purpose of managing applications and recruitment. It is kept for a maximum of 2 years.
