Galvanized steel cable is an economical alternative to copper cable, it is often used in excavation as a grounding electrodee for foundations in civil engineering, or for the protection of gas pipelines present in converter stations.

MALTEP offers a range of galvanized steel cables with cross-sections ranging from 35 to 130mm², other cross-sections are also available on request. The cable consists of 19 strands generally with a minimum galvanization thickness of 50µ. MALTEP offers standard packaging in drums of 500 and 1000 meters or cut at length.
