For the interconnection of ground circuits
Equipotential bonding bars are frequently used in medium and low voltage installations. They allow the interconnection of different earthing circuits or electrical masses present in an electrical'installation. The network thus created is then brought to a common potential. MALTEP equipotential bars are equipped with:
- An electrolytic bare copper bar of dimensions 50x5mm perforated, to connect the earthing circuits.
– Halogen-free low voltage insulators
- A means of connections to the support on which the equipotentialit bonding bar will be mounted
- A disconnecting link on certain models to allow disconnection from the ground circuit for periodic checks of the grounding circuit's ground resistance.
MALTEP offers a range of standard equipotential bonding bars with 6, 10, 15, 20 and 25 free holes for M6 screws with or without disconnecting link. Do not hesitate to consult us for specific manufacturing or tinned surface finishes.
