Equipotential bonding bars are frequently used in medium and low voltage installations. They allow the interconnection of different earth circuits or electrical grounds present in an electrical'installation. The network thus created is then brought to a common potential. MALTEP equipotential bonding bars are equipped:

- an electrolytic bare copper bar of dimensions 50x5mm perforated, in order to allow the various connections to the earth circuit

- Halogen-free insulators

- a system of connections to the support on which the equipotentiality bar will be mounted

- a disconnecting link on certain models in order to allow disconnection from the earth circuit for periodic checks on the earth resistance of the earthing circuit.

MALTEP offers a range of standard equipotentiality bars with 6, 10, 15, 20 and 25 free holes for M6 screws with or without disconnecting link. Do not hesitate to consult us for specific manufacturing or tinned surface finishes.
