Warning sign
- Reference
The IEC EN 62305-3 standard ruling the installation of lightning protection systems (LPS) recommends that access within three meters of the down conductor should be physically prevented by means of a fence or wall, unless the ground surface is sufficiently insulating or the down conductor itself is electrically insulated. If these conditions cannot be met, then it is imperative that a warning sign is installed, signalling the risk to passers-by.
MALTEP offers various models of signs designed for this purpose.
